Supporting our clients means protecting their investment.
And with it, profitability, quality and deadlines, from the initial stages through to final delivery.
For us, supporting our clients means taking ownership of each project as if it were our own.
It means understanding where costs can be optimised without compromising quality, where compromises should never be made, which decisions could affect deadlines, and which can help a property achieve a higher market value.
Above all, it means doing so with complete transparency.
The residence in Alaró perfectly reflects this approach to construction. An amazing project by MORE Design architects.
Its architecture is far from being based on standardised solutions.
Its continuous finishes, stone, timber, bespoke junctions and curved geometries throughout the interiors demand time, expertise and exceptionally precise coordination.
The central staircase is perhaps the clearest expression of this philosophy: an apparently simple yet deeply handcrafted element, where structure, craftsmanship and architecture become one.
Building in this way requires managing multiple variables simultaneously.
Construction began in February 2024 and was completed in February 2026. The property was sold in June 2026.
Throughout this period, AY·JUÁREZ coordinated a highly demanding construction process, both technically and in terms of craftsmanship, while maintaining control over three essential factors for any investor: quality, cost and time.
Taking into account the entire investment, including land acquisition, taxes and fees, financing, professional services and construction costs, the sale generated a 43.90% return on investment (ROI), achieved by the investor in less than three years.
Numbers matter.
But behind them lies something far more difficult to quantify: hundreds of decisions made over months to preserve the architectural vision without losing sight of the economic rationale behind the investment.
This is where we see our role.
It is not about building at a lower cost, but about investing more wisely.
Understanding where every euro adds value, avoiding unnecessary cost overruns, and maintaining the level of quality required to position a project at the most demanding end of the market.
It is about more than managing construction. It is about protecting an investment.
With a comprehensive approach to project development, construction is no longer simply a cost on a spreadsheet.
It becomes one of the most powerful tools for creating value.
Achieving this requires rigorous financial control, technical expertise, strong negotiation skills, realistic planning and an ongoing, transparent relationship with the investor. But it also requires the sensitivity to recognise what makes a project unique and to preserve those qualities throughout construction.
Because profitability and architecture do not have to sit on opposite sides of the table.
Our role as a Development Partner is precisely to sit on the same side as the investor.
To understand their objectives. Anticipate risks. Safeguard quality. Keep timelines on track. Protect their capital.
And to turn a promising opportunity into a project whose value is greater when we hand over the final key than when we make the very first decision.
