Being by our clients’ side means protecting their investment.

And with it, profitability, quality and timelines, from the very beginning through to completion.

For us, supporting a client means treating the project as if it were our own.

Understanding where efficiencies can be found without compromising quality, where no compromises should be made, which decisions may put the programme at risk, and which can ultimately increase the value of a property when it reaches the market.

Above all, it means doing so with complete transparency.

The house in Alaró is a clear expression of this way of working.

Because this is not architecture based on standardised solutions.

Its continuous finishes, stone, timber, bespoke junctions and the curved geometries that shape its interiors require time, expertise and exceptionally precise coordination.

The central staircase is perhaps the clearest synthesis of the project: an apparently simple yet deeply crafted element in which structure, craftsmanship and architecture become one.

Building in this way means managing many variables simultaneously.

Construction began in February 2024 and was completed in August 2026.

Throughout this period, AY·JUÁREZ coordinated a technically demanding and highly crafted process, while maintaining control over three elements that are inseparable from an investor’s perspective: quality, cost and time.

Taking the operation as a whole, including the plot and the project, the total sale value reached a 30% ROI for the investor.

The numbers matter.

But behind them lies something far more difficult to quantify: hundreds of decisions made over many months to preserve the architecture without losing sight of the financial logic behind the investment.

This is where we understand our role.

It is not about building for less. It is about investing better.

About understanding where every euro adds genuine value, avoiding deviations that do not, and maintaining the level of quality required for a project to position itself at the most demanding end of the market.

It is about going beyond managing a construction project to protecting an investment.

When a development is approached from a comprehensive perspective, construction is no longer simply a cost on a spreadsheet.

It becomes one of the most powerful tools for creating value.

Achieving this requires rigorous financial control, technical expertise, negotiating ability, realistic planning and a constant, transparent relationship with the investor.

But it also requires the sensitivity to recognise what makes a project exceptional and the determination to protect it throughout construction.

Because profitability and architecture do not have to sit on opposite sides of the table.

Our role as a Development Partner is precisely to sit on the same side as the investor.

To understand their objectives. Anticipate risks. Defend quality. Control timelines. Protect capital.

And to turn a good opportunity into a project whose value is greater when we hand over the final key than when we make the very first decision.
